Lands End/Camera Obscura

I've been meaning to post some photos here from our visit last week to Lands End. I just wanted to see a giant camera, as I have a fascination with cameras. The afternoon didn't really go as planned as Mr Toddler wasn't in a good mood from the start. He chucked some tantrums just as we got out of the car, and was generally very grumpy from then on. Still, we managed to wander around and see the views. It costs $3 each to go into the giant camera, which I would have liked to have done if he'd been in a better mood. But since he's boss, we didn't get to. :-( But the Lands End area was pretty cool. There's a huge beach below which you can view from above if you walk up the hill. But as usual with these things, pictures can speak more than my (lack of) words can, so here are some pics:

I had some more to say, especially since it was Pride Weekend this weekend and I managed to get some glimpses of the parade (had a great view for the beginning of it from the ballet studio this morning!), but my brain isn't really working right now, and I think this is about the extent of my blogging ability right now! 

That said, my Mum will be here in a week. Yay!!!
